3.8 Dormant Accounts. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, baau88 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account(s) immediately pending investigation. The Player will be notified of the suspension and given a reasonable opportunity to provide an explanation.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Upon confirmation of prohibited conduct, baau88 may take one or more of the following actions: void all bets and game activity associated with the prohibited conduct; confiscate any winnings derived from fraudulent activity; permanently close the Player's account without the obligation to return any bonus balance; report the matter to relevant financial authorities where criminal activity is suspected; and pursue civil recovery of any losses sustained by baau88 as a result of the fraud.

7.1 Closure by the Player. Any Player may request the permanent closure of their baau88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests must be submitted from the email address registered to the account. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, baau88 will process the closure within 48 hours. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Suspension by baau88. baau88 reserves the right to suspend a Player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected prohibited conduct as described in Section 6; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player against baau88; suspicion of underage gambling; a court order or regulatory direction requiring account suspension; or any other circumstance in which baau88 reasonably believes suspension is necessary to protect the platform's integrity or the Player's wellbeing.

7.3 Termination by baau88. baau88 may permanently close a Player's account where: prohibited conduct has been confirmed following investigation; the Player has provided materially false registration information; the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions in a manner that baau88 considers serious or irreparable; or a self-exclusion request from the Player has been received and processed. Where an account is closed for cause, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any financial investigation.

7.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Where a Player requests self-exclusion as a responsible gaming measure, baau88 will close the account within 24 hours of the confirmed request. Any Real Money Balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Balances are forfeited. A self-excluded Player must not attempt to re-register on baau88 during the exclusion period; any account created in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any deposits returned.

7.5 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, the Player loses access to all account features, game history, and communication archives associated with the account. baau88 retains the right to retain account records for a minimum of five years following closure in compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements.

8.1 Platform Availability. baau88 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Where an error materially affects a bet or game outcome, the palpable error provisions in Section 5.3 shall apply.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers. 8.5 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. baau88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with the use of the baau88 platform, even if baau88 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

8.6 Player Responsibility. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any game or bet is determined by chance or by the performance of real-world sporting events, neither of which baau88 controls. baau88 does not guarantee that any Player will win money or that any particular betting strategy will be successful. 8.7 Governing Law. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the amended Terms & Conditions take effect. Continued use of the baau88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the amended terms should close their account before the effective date in accordance with Section 7.1.

8.9 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and baau88 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.

8.10 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
